A mirror unto the souls of the forgotten...

I need a roommate (or a couple for a roommate, I don't care) guaranteed by the 31st. I need to sign the lease on or before the 31st, rent is due by the 4th. For whoever takes me up on the offer, total price for them is as follows:

1/2 Monthly rent - $450/mo
1 Cat optional (only one more allowed by the rental company, we have a dog and a cat already) - $15/mo
1/2 Utilities - ~$110/mo

Total: $560-575
Keep in mind that's with the $110 estimate (water, electricity, gas, internet). It can be more or less. Generally it will not be more. The lease period is minimum 6 or 8 months I believe. Month to month lease means $100 bucks a month more, which just isn't worth it.

We're located in the Tanglewood Village apartments, right next to the Carson City Post Office on Roop St. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath with decent living space. We have the fastest DSL they'll give us, a phone line we never use (local calls only, basic service), and more electronics than you usually see in one place (a few computers, PS3, Dreamcast,  etc.). Anyone even the slightest bit interested, please let me know. Call if you want more information or if you do want to move in. If I don't have a roommate by the 31st, I'm pretty much screwed. Even if you can't move in until next month, call me. Anything would help. My cell is 315-4405. If you call today, you might save me a couple hundred bucks too. Feel free to call at any time of day. I won't be sleeping at conventional times for a few days.
